Façade energy renovation
We consider the façade system, insulation type and thickness, and construction details. Particular attention goes to the plinth, openings, window sills, balconies and connections to other building elements. We adapt the solution to the actual building and the planned renovation.
Flat or pitched roof renovation
For roofs, we coordinate the proposed layers, thermal insulation, waterproofing and key junctions. The design also considers drainage and the connection between roof and façade. Where an intervention affects the load-bearing structure, we identify the need for additional structural assessment.
Insulation above unheated basements
For floors above an unheated basement, we design insulation to the underside of the ceiling. We consider available headroom, existing services and connections at walls. This helps define the work before contractors prepare their quotations.

We agree the scope after reviewing the building, proposed measures and requirements of the selected public call. Depending on the project, we can provide:
